Daily at home routine information
2 crib sheets, blankets (when sent home for laundering, a replacement needs to be sent in)
Mobile (optional) – No stuffed or fabric toys or bumpers or pillows permitted
Bottles prepared daily – empty bottles will be sent home nightly for a thorough cleaning
Reminder:  No medicine or cereal is permitted in the bottles
Diapers, wipes, topical ointments – 2 packages of wipes
2 big boxes of tissues
2 changes of seasonal clothing in a labeled Ziploc bag/Appropriate outdoor clothing
Bibs (disposable bibs are optional/cloth bibs go home daily/lunch bibs go home weekly)-need 1 lunch bib each week.
Food – jars, cereal, snacks – just enough for the day – we cannot store extra food

Each lunch box should have a cold pack.  The classroom refrigerator is not able to accommodate lunches.  We are unable to microwave any food for the children and recommend using a thermos for hot foods.  The children will begin working on the process of feeding themselves during the year.  Please send in food cut into bite-sized pieces or food that he/she is starting to eat with a spoon or fork at home.  Please be sure to include utensils with the lunch and a bowl if needed.  Also, include 2-3 snacks and appropriate drinks.  Food reminders:  no popcorn, chips, raisins, peanut butter, nuts,  chocolate, candy or red sauce – Nut/Peanut Butter Free Zone

It is a self-explanatory form that will allow us to share information. At the end of the day, you are asked to sign out and take the second carbon-less copy for your home records. You may leave longer notes for the teachers on the clipboard or in lunch boxes.

Adults need to remove their shoes when entering the room beyond the gated area.

**No siblings are permitted in the classroom when picking up or dropping off an infant – siblings must be dropped off first and picked up last *currently children are picked up and dropped off at the front door to the infant room – no one is permitted to enter due to health and safety regulations.

Students will need to arrive on site no later than 8:30.  Distance Learning programs and attendance begin at 9:00 a.m. for public school students.

Students need to bring their chrome books and labeled head phones/ear buds and the labeled charger must be sent in every day.

If they are also required to have certain supplies available for their public school teacher’s lessons – they needs to be brought each day as well (will not be left at WA)

Each child needs a small – labeled bottle of hand sanitizer for personal use.

Backpacks must be labeled with your child’s full name.

Food:  Newburgh it putting together a lunch program for WA.  There will be a fee based option.  Menus will be sent home once a month and families can order and pay the nonrefundable monthly food fee.   If the district is able to provide free meals for district students – we will let everyone know.  At this point:  Each lunch box (individual size) should have a cold pack. We are unable to microwave any food for the children and recommend using a thermos for hot foods. Please be sure to include utensils with the lunch. We invite families interested in Windsor Academy to contact us. You may call, fax, use our web site, write, or simply stop by for a visit. Although we are able to make appointments for a tour, our policy does not require that you do so.
